The refund of the tickets totally depends on the event organizers. So if you want to request a refund, you can contact the organizer and know the refund process. However, if your organizer is not available or not responding, you can contact us instead.

For requesting refund, you will need to carefully read the refund policy defined by the organizers of the event. Even for ticket cancellation, the event organizer will frame the clauses. So for the cancellation and the refund process, the steps and procedure will be defined by the Organizers. The Organizers are requested to clearly define their refund and cancellation plans on their profile page. This is very important so that the users don’t face difficulty or confusion during refund or cancellation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be requested within 48 hours of the Booking. Refund will be done through online mode in 5-7 working days.
