If you choose to pay for your tickets through a selected payment plan, it may sometimes cause installment payment to fail. This is caused mostly due to expired credit card information. The solution is very simple – You can update the card information and proceed with the future transactions. What to do when you don’t receive an email confirmation. First of all, try to apply the generalized troubleshoot for this – Check the junk/spam folder. If you still don’t find it, it would be because of the failed installment payment. The reasons can be many, mostly it happens because of changed billing address and expired credit card. However, you will be contacted to inform this with instructions on how you can trouble shoot the problem and proceed with the payment. You will be allowed to update your credit card information and complete the payment. The same details will be used for other installments too till the ticket price is totally paid.
Updating info for future plans
If you know that you will need to update the card information beforehand, you can update the card details and prevent failed installment payment. For this, you can contact us. You can also request to stop payment on the order. So, you won’t be charged for the next installment. You need to include the email address you used to register, the event’s name, and the message that you want to change the card used for payment. For the next installment, you will be contacted within 5 business days with the instructions to complete the next payment. Now, you will be able to update your credit card information and complete the transaction.
