If you’ve been trying to contact the ownerand they are constantly unavailable and not responding you can reach using our contact us form. Even though we do not deal with the refund policies and requests on behalf of the owner, we will try to help you with all resources we have.

We would like to know the following details about your refund request

  • Your order number
  • Your registered email address
  • Reason for requesting refund
  • When you tried to reach the organizers

Wait for about a week

Once your request for refund is accepted, it might take some time to show up in your account. If you don’t see the refund effect on your account for a long time, contact the owner to confirm that they processed it.
