Why my account is locked?

 

Suspended organizer account

If you could not login to your eventflavour account, it may be because your account is blocked/suspended. The following can be the reasons – bas email sending, overdue invoices, and violation of terms and services.

Unpaid invoices

If the invoices are unpaid, you need to complete payment and come back to your account. By paying the overdue, you can unblock your account. If paid through paypal, the access will be granted immediately but in case of cheque payment, it may take 5-6 business days.

Emails

Your eventflavour account will be suspended it you do not keep your contact lists clean and have poor email sending habits.

Terms of use

If you are found violating the terms of use, your account will be suspended.
